Biography

Linda H. Havel grew up in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where she attended and graduated from the Girls Preparatory School in 1984. Mrs. Havel graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1988 with a B.A. in English and received her J.D. from Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville in 1994.

Ms. Havel became licensed in Kentucky in 1994 and in Indiana in 1999. She has more than 26 years of civil litigation and trial experience and is admitted to practice in state and federal court in Indiana and Kentucky as well as the U.S. District Court of Hawaii. Ms. Havel is a member of the Indiana and Kentucky State Bar Associations and is a lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Linda resides in Fishers, Indiana, with her family and two rescue dogs, Bean and Syd. In her spare time, Linda enjoys long-distance running, playing golf, traveling and painting.
